How does Epi-max® work?
Epi-max® provides a protective film to the skin, which slows water loss and increases moisture content in the skin. It ultimately serves as a humectant, which means it preserves or increases water (H2O) content.
Epi-max® not only prevents the skin from becoming dry, but also helps to protect the skin from irritants. The pure glycerine included in the formulation enhances the water retention properties leaving the skin feeling soft.

How to apply Epi-max®

Epi-max® Baby & Junior is a gentle all-purpose moisturiser for babies and children. It can be used as a soap substitute that doubles up as a moisturiser and is gentle and mild enough to use from birth.
Epi-max® Plus, tough enough for exceptionally dry skin. Epi-max®Plus has been introduced in response to requests by dermatologists. It contains urea, which helps to bind water into the skin and should be used for dry skin and thick skin areas such as hands and heels. Epi-max® Plus must be used with caution in children under the age of 12 or on open skin.
Epi-bathe® bath oil, moisturising enough for extensive areas of dryness. Use it in the bath, or apply to the skin whilst having a shower, especially in winter. It contains natural mineral oils including Evening Primrose oil, Vitamin E and pure Lavender oil. Remember to take precaution to prevent slipping in either the bath or shower.
