A singular cause for acne has not yet been determined by science. Simple habits to help control outbreaks

Skin cleansing and moisturising – don’t strip the skin of sebum by over-scrubbing and don’t be afraid to moisturise. Ask your skin care specialist for an appropriate cleanser and apply a moisturiser as directed. If the skin is too dry, it will get the message that it needs more sebum and the vicious cycle will start again.
Sun protection – always protect your skin against direct sun and over-exposure. It is just a clever way to protect your skin from additional trauma.
