Your skin and the challenges
The amount of time it takes for your cells to renew increases with age, and during your 30s this increases from 28 days in your 20s to 35 days. Your skin and the challenges
In your 40s your skin starts to lose elasticity – most noticeably in the skin around the eyes. Most women in this age group also notice “expression lines” appearing on the forehead and around the mouth.
