Vaginal Rejuvenation – GIGAA LASER
Each stage in a woman’s life brings with it specific issues, including decisions about routine care, birth control, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause. Women need to feel as if they have a trusted advocate and partner to help them navigate the often-confusing messages that abound about women’s health.
How does laser vaginal rejuvenation work?
The basic concept of laser vaginal rejuvenation makes use of laser energy to stimulate the production of connective tissue that aids in the regeneration of vaginal tissue. The treatment takes around 10 to 15 minutes and most women prefer to get it done during their lunch break.
A laser probe will be inserted and will be removed after about 5 minutes. In most cases, the regeneration of vaginal tissue will start after a few days, the result of which will be a stronger and tighter vagina with better elasticity and hydration.
In some cases, there might be discomfort for the first day. Close to 95% of women have said that they experienced no pain or discomfort*. You should be able to return to your normal routine, immediately, but you might be asked to refrain from exercise and sexual intercourse for at least 5 days*.
Most women experience noticeable results after the first session*, but for the best results, it is recommended to go for 3 treatments, each spaced out about a month in time. Although the results are not permanent, they will last a long time. As the natural process of ageing continues, it is recommended to go for top-up treatments.
The Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation treatment is designed to be a non-invasive, efficient and safe procedure.
Laser Vaginal rejuvenation procedure is aimed at the restoration and transformation of the anatomy and anatomical functionality of the vagina in order to achieve a more desirable experience during sexual life. During the procedure, the diameter of the vaginal canal is adjusted according to patients’ needs and prior environmental or physical impact. The procedure also restores, tightens and improves the overall tone of vaginal walls and may improve the anatomical functionality.
In order to satisfy the needs of every patient, an individualized consultation and attention are conducted prior to surgical intervention.
It is also an additional procedure that is performed using laser technology to create vaginal ridges (rugae) in the vaginal mucosa. In addition to the transformation of the vaginal surface, it also results in the narrowing of the vaginal canal.

Each involves the application of heat inside and around the vaginal opening to tighten skin and mucosa (moist intravaginal skin). Patients can immediately return to their normal everyday activities.
Conditions
Vaginal Relaxation Syndrome (VRS)
The vagina can lose connective tissue or tightness due to childbirth, ageing or gravity. We called it Vaginal Relaxation Syndrome (VRS), it is both a physical and psychological problem for women and often their partners. These changes can be reduced using a special laser that is calibrated to work on vaginal tissues. By delivering the right amount of laser energy the connective tissue in vaginal tissues is increased as well as its blood flow. This creates a greater feeling of tightness as well as an increase in vaginal lubrication.
Cosmetic Reasons
With the advent of the internet and awareness, most of us want to live life young. So many women today are willing to go even under the knife for this. Vaginal Tightening procedure is simply a painless and out of the office procedure, but still very rewarding in terms of results & improvement in life it offers.
All these symptoms can affect your general wellbeing and disrupt your sexual life, causing distress in your intimate relationships. The condition is most commonly noticed in women who have used birth control pills for an elongated period, mothers who are breastfeeding, women who have had complicated deliveries.
Vaginal Atrophy (VA)
It refers to the changes seen in the vaginal mucosa and the vagina itself due to the loss of estrogen after menopause. The symptoms of vaginal atrophy take longer to develop, but within 4-5 years after menopause in patients who are not exposed to estrogen, or usually by age 55, almost 50% of women will experience these symptoms to some degree. The symptoms are:
- vaginal dryness,
- vaginal burning,
- dysuria,
- urgency,
- nocturia and
- Pain during sex
Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI)
SUI entails involuntary leakage of urine in response to increased intraabdominal pressure. The degree of severity of urine leakage varies from every person. This increases in various activities like coughing, sneezing, heavy lifting and physical activity.
