Four Types of Wrinkles

DEEP WRINKLES – filling spheres of crosslinked hyaluronic acid combined with a free hyaluronic acid coating similar to the one used in fillers and a booster active ingredient from the natural synthesis of hyaluronic acid act in synergy in the same way as a filler injection.

1. FILORGA has developed an unprecedented filling technique for TIME-ZERO®.

The TIME-ZERO® response; a triple FILLER like correction

TIME-ZERO® derives inspiration from FILORGA hyaluronic acid injections to display a triple redensifying effect. Targeting deep wrinkles: crosslinked hyaluronic acid new-generation filling spheres comprising low-weight hyaluronic acid crosslinked with konjac to penetrate the cutaneous grooves in the best possible manner and collect water that evaporates from the deep dermis.

Thanks to their hygroscopic properties, the volume of the spheres increase rapidly and allow for localised filling of pronounced grooves by lifting the depression zones created by the loss of volume.

Overall cutaneous coating: free hyaluronic acid solution, a free molecular high-weight hyaluronic acid that is distributed over the entire cutaneous surface plus creates a complete coating of the epidermis for a smoothing effect and overall and immediate plumping.

Over time cell renewal slows down and results in tissue fatigue. The dermal and epidermal tissue becomes weaker, dehydrated, loses its fullness, becomes thinner and the skin appears marked. Fatigue wrinkles appear.

2. Aesthetic treatment: MESOTHERAPY

Rejuvenation, the principle: carry out micro-injections of nutritional ingredients at the heart of the dermis to revitalise the cells, stimulate their regeneration and produce true cutaneous restructuring. A radical solution for fatigue wrinkles with visible results.

A meso-like infusion TIME-ZERO® takes its inspiration from mesotherapy rejuvenation to propose a true perfusion of vitality at the cellular and tissue level.

Cellular and deep polyrevitalisation: At the heart of the chronospheres in TIME-ZERO® – these exceptional vectors patented by CNRS-, the original version of NCTF® is able to penetrate without a needle and can ensure its multi-target cellular revitalising role.

Contraction wrinkles are caused by muscular contraction, the skin is continually required to extend and retract due to the contractions of muscles of the face.

3. Aesthetic treatment: BOTULINUM TOXIN

As the source of muscle contraction, a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine is capable of depositing on the muscles and instructing the muscles to contract.

The principle of botulinum toxin?

Prevent the release of this neurotransmitter by breaking the “Snare Complex”, which is a combination of the molecules responsible for releasing this neurotransmitter. That is what the chosen method does to treat expression lines without freezing the lines.

The TIME-ZERO® response:

A botulinum toxin-like decontracting effect combining two active ingredients with an effect to reach as much as possible of the efficacy of an injection.

Traditional botulinum toxin effect: anti-production hexapeptide of acetylcholine Acetylcholine is a hexapeptide that inhibits the release of acetylcholine and functions like botulinum toxin, preventing the release of the neurotransmitter of contractions.

The difference:

It does not act by breaking one of the components of the “Snare Complex” but by preventing its production. The second effect; anti-fixation tripeptide of acetylcholine a tripeptide inhibitor of the acetylcholine link will prevent its fixation on its receptor for a double cutaneous anti-contraction barrier. Thus, this duo of active ingredients works in synergy at two levels to promote relaxation of the muscles and guarantee a youthful skin. Contraction wrinkles are minimised.

Surface wrinkles are caused by epidermal degradation As the years go by, everyday stress has repercussions on the skin and its first barrier: the epidermis. Micro-splits develop, known as surface wrinkles.

4. Aesthetic treatment: PEELING

This method is constantly evolving and is based on the application of an exfoliating solution that eliminates the top layer of the epidermis to stimulate cell turnover, refine the pores and smooth superficial wrinkles.

While still innovative, the FILORGA laboratories have developed medical peeling formulations based on gluconolactone rather than traditional glycolic acid. This change in active ingredient makes it possible to preserve the same exfoliating effect with less of a drying or sensitising effect.

The TIME-ZERO® response

Peeling-like resurfacing with two smoothing active ingredients to polish the micro-relief and erase the surface wrinkles. The gluconolactone used within medical peelings is integrated into TIME-ZERO®.

Beyond its smoothing effect on cutaneous splits, it exfoliates the top layers of the soft epidermis, unclogs pores, refines the skin texture and whilst delivering antioxidant properties that are comparable to those of vitamin C.
