ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Collalift®18. Dynamic Lifting:

Skin-sheathing protector of collagen. It stimulates the production of collagen XVIII, which is the only type of structural collagen found in all layers of the skin. The main role of collagen XVIII is to wrap, like a sheath, the support structures of the various layers of the skin, making the volumes and contours of the face more harmonious.

Unfortunately, collagen XVIII significantly decreases with age. Collalift®18 has a multi-active effect because, by stimulating the production of collagen XVIII, it acts on all the various layers of the skin, from the most superficial to the deepest.

Epidermis: enveloping the sebaceous glands, it reduces enlarged pores and refines skin texture
Basement Membrane (dermo-epidermal junction): it strengthens the anchoring structures between the epidermis and the dermis and combats signs of gravity, sagging skin and loss of definition of the facial contours
Dermis: it envelops the dermal support structures and the capillary network, strengthening its biomechanical properties and improving skin tone and microcirculation (oxygenation, metabolism and drainage)
Hypodermis: it envelops fat cells, reshaping the volumes and minimizing the appearance of hollow areas

Dermaplex peptides. Filler:

A complex of patented biomimetic peptides (acetyl tetrapeptide-9 and acetyl tetrapeptide-11), with powerful filling properties. It increases skin density and helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles. It stimulates the production of structural proteins in different skin layers.

Epidermis: it stimulates the production of syndecans, structural proteins essential for the correct organisation and compaction of epidermal cells. They increase the skin’s resistance and resilience against external agents, the ageing process and mechanical stress.
Basement Membrane (dermo-epidermal junction): it stimulates the production of collagen XVII which strengthens the cohesion of the dermo-epidermal junction.
Dermis: it stimulates the production of collagen I and lumicans. Collagen I is the most common type of collagen in the dermis, essential to protect the tone and firmness of the skin and to reduce wrinkles and sagging skin. Lumicans are proteoglycans essential for the correct wrapping of the individual bundles of collagen fibrils and for their optimal three-dimensional structure. They are also fundamental to promote communication between different cells and between cells and the dermal matrix. They also help improve the skin support function of the dermis.

Amplified BTX hexapeptide-1. Botulinum Toxin-like:

Innovative neuropeptide with a powerful dermo-relaxing effect. Extremely effective to intensively counteract the continuous micro-contractions of facial mimic muscles, which cause expression wrinkles, thanks to its dual action:

On the nerve ending (that triggers the contraction): it reduces the release of molecules that promote the contraction (similarly to what botulinum toxin does).
Directly on muscle cells & myofibroblasts (dermal cells that can also regulate contractions): it promotes the processes of relaxation and reduces those of contraction.

Therefore, it is not only a valid cosmetic alternative to botulinum injections but also a powerful ally, as it enhances its effect and prolongs the results. Several efficacy studies have shown that Amplified BTX hexapeptide-1 is effective not only on the expression lines on the upper part of the face (wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows and on the eye area) but also on the lines around the lips.
