Aletia De Hahn is a qualified somatologist with over 16 years of experience, 7 years within the aesthetics industry. She is fully accredited, with CIDESCO, ITEC, and SAAHSP qualifications.
Shakeelah Kherekar is a qualified skincare therapist with over 15 years of experience obtained both locally and internationally, and has managed the practice for the past three years.

It eliminates user error and ensures comfortable treatments with minimal downtime.
Dr Hilla is one of the first in South Africa to offer treatments using EXION, which only officially launched internationally in February 2024, but Dr Hilla was ahead of the game, offering EXION since October 2023.
BTL EXION Treatments: Precision and comfort
The BTL EXION technology includes four applications such as:
1. EXION fractional radiofrequency (RF) microneedling is designed to treat the face and body of all skin types quickly and comfortably. It reaches up to 8 mm in depth without full needle insertion, ensuring greater depth with less pain. This technology helps achieve significant improvements in skin texture while minimising discomfort. While everyone can benefit from skin texture improvement, this treatment holds particular advantages for individuals who are worried about wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, and old injury scars.
The treatment may cause a warm and slightly prickly sensation throughout the treated area. While some individuals may require numbing beforehand, most people undergo the therapy with no need for numbing and experience only mild discomfort during the treatment. Typically, noticeable improvement can be observed about one month after the treatment, while the most significant results are often reported three months after the last session.
2. EXION Body offers a complete body solution for firm and youthful skin and localised fat reduction, with an 85% improvement in skin laxity and 22% localised fat reduction. Anyone looking to enhance their skin’s appearance or reduce localised fat can benefit from the treatment, regardless of age or skin type. It is recommended to consult your provider to determine if this procedure is suitable for you. A total of 14 areas across the whole body, including arms, abdomen, love handles and banana rolls. The procedure is known to be highly comfortable and even relaxing, according to some. While you may feel warmth in the area being treated, it’s typically painless.
3. EXION Face boosts hyaluronic acid naturally, with a 224% increase.
