Edgars joins forces with Imbalie Beauty, the leading wellness and beauty franchise group, to launch “Placecol on the go” to offer international trendsetting beauty on demand services inside Edgars
Edgars is currently on the move and will lead in the market to open the first owner-operator beauty salon concept within Edgars, called “Placecol on the go”. The first Placecol on the go beauty salon was opened in Edgars Sandton City in October 2017, with the ultimate objective to open a large number of “Placecol on the go” beauty salons inside Edgars.
“Placecol on the go will be first of its kind in the South African industry as the majority of the beauty treatments will be only 30 minutes or shorter to ensure that “stress rich” and “time poor” consumers, are transformed in a very short space of time inside Edgars.”, says Debbie Wolfendale Director of Imbalie Beauty.
Placecol is a proudly South African brand and is focused on service excellence and unique beauty treatments that offer visible results. The Placecol group forms part of the Imbalie Beauty group that has more than 150 beauty salons in the group and includes other well-known brands such as Dream Nails and Perfect 10 and already performs more than 100 000 beauty treatments per month.
These trendsetting Placecol on the go beauty salons will have “Professional Miracle Makers” working on customers and can within 90 minutes perform 5 beauty treatments (wash, blow dry, up-style, makeup, hand and toenail paint and party lashes) on a client that normally takes 3 hours!
