Skin Solutions is an award-winning medical aesthetic clinic situated in the upmarket suburb of Umhlanga, Durban and was founded by Dr Parushinee Naidoo.
Skin Solutions focuses on treating diverse demographics with special attention to darker skin types. Skin Solutions offers a comprehensive selection of minimally invasive aesthetic treatments.

Skin Solutions has been a pioneer when it comes to introducing the latest technology. It was the first clinic to introduce the Morpheus8, Body FX, Intraceuticals Oxygen Facial and PlexrTM to KZN.
About the doctor
Dr Parushinee Naidoo qualified from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2001 and has 22 years of experience as a medical practitioner.
Dr Parushinee Naidoo
She is registered with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and a member of the Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine Society of South Africa (AAMSSA). She has spent time in the UK and this is where her passion for aesthetics was ignited.
She has 15 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Dr Naidoo is the key opinion leader for Skin Pen Precision, Plexr and recently Morpheus 8. She is also the local physician trainer for injectable aesthetic treatments.
In 2018 Dr Naidoo launched her own skincare brand called Skin Solutions Skincare, that focuses on transitioning patients to medical grade skincare.
